Additional and optional “add-on” services

We may include, or may be able to arrange for an extra charge, some of these additional “add-on” services.

Golf-Kart Buggies are not available.

Porters (Baggage Handlers) – can be reserved at time of booking. Our Greeters are not allowed to retrieve, lift or carry checked baggage.

Baggage Trolley – one or more will always be provided free of charge.

Waiting Lounge – are available in the departure transit area of the airport (so are accessible  for departures and connections). Lounge use for at least 2 hours can be arranged for an additional charge. If you book a lounge your entry is pre-arranged and guaranteed when you show your Lounge voucher.

Visa on Arrival – the cost of an entry visa is not included in our VIP meet and assist service fee.
